I regard the classroom as a dynamic site full of potential. My objective is to realize a space that both fosters and provokes the process of understanding. I actively seek to guide my students towards the creation of their own organic approach to artistic production by presenting a mixture of technological investigation, media analysis, and articulation of conceptual strategies.
I structure my classroom as a research lab where students are encouraged to take calculated risks to solve the problems presented in the curriculum through proofs of concept and project management. Within this context, my students are able to effectively navigate the academic terrain towards the realization of their own individual research goals beyond the classroom.
